Pack Your Equipment
Securely pack the unit in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Fractal
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package via a tracked and insured carrier to our designated returns center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
